These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 62php ("62php," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 62php online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at 62php.com and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a 62php account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Use of the 62php Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 62php, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 62php or any other gaming platform operating under the same regulatory framework.

62php reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 62php may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full features of the 62php Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 62php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 62php immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 62php reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• 62php may, at its sole discretion, close dormant accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable notice requirements.

All personal information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is handled in accordance with the 62php Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

All financial transactions on the 62php Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱62. Deposits are generally credited to your 62php account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.

62php accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 62php's discretion. 62php does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts — all transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and payment method.
• Processing time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• 62php reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at 62php's discretion.

62php offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 62php bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or spin may apply. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games available on the 62php Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

By placing a wager on 62php, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 62php does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers, except where expressly permitted under specific game or sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, 62php reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• 62php uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. These RNGs are independently tested to ensure genuine randomness and compliance with applicable standards.
• For live dealer games, the outcome of each round is determined by the physical actions of the dealer and is final. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. 62php reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed or where the integrity of an event is called into question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62php Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 62php complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and tournaments.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 62php.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

62php is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 62php players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

62php staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players who exhibit concerning patterns of behavior. We reserve the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that continued unrestricted play may cause harm.

All content on the 62php Platform — including but not limited to the 62php brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 62php or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 62php.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the 62php brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62php, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

62php does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

62php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering and using the 62php Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. 62php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
