This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by 62php ("62php," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored in connection with your use of the 62php online gaming platform, accessible at 62php.com, including any associated mobile-optimized interfaces and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

62php collects the following categories of personal data from players and Platform visitors. We collect only what is necessary for the purposes described in Section 5 of this Policy.

62php retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with AML and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Gaming history: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year after withdrawal, as evidence of compliance.

The 62php Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

62php reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
